Ellon Studio is a small video studio that makes short travel films with an AI-created character, Rena, and publishes them to our own Facebook Page and YouTube channel. This policy explains what our app does with data when it connects to Facebook and YouTube.

What we access

• Facebook: with your permission, the list of Pages you manage (pages_show_list) and the right to publish videos and posts to those Pages (pages_manage_posts), and read-only access to our own Page posts' statistics such as plays, reach and watch time (pages_read_engagement, read_insights). We store a Page access token so the app can upload our videos to the Page you choose.
• YouTube: permission to upload videos, read the connected channel's name, and read our own channel's analytics (views, watch time, retention and aggregated, anonymous audience breakdowns), so we can publish our films and learn what viewers enjoy.
• Basic account data in our studio app: the name and email of studio users, and the videos, images and audio we create.

What we do not do

• We do not read your private messages, friends lists or personal profile data.
• We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We only post content that the account owner has made and approved in the studio.

How we store and protect data

Access tokens and API keys are stored encrypted on our own servers and are used only to publish the owner's content. Access is limited to the studio's administrators.

How long we keep data

We keep connection tokens only while a Page or channel stays connected. Disconnecting it in the studio, or removing the app in your Facebook settings, deletes the stored token.

Your choices and data deletion

You can remove the app at any time in Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (Apps and websites), or revoke YouTube access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete any data we hold about you, follow our data deletion instructions.

AI-generated content

Rena is an AI-created character. Our videos are made with AI tools and are labelled as such on every platform.
